Our buying vs the market.
For each project type we track a fixed benchmark basket of materials, the same items, the same quantities, priced two ways: bought through the flash sales and deals we track across UK merchants, and at standard market prices. The difference is the number below.
Benchmark baskets are fixed material lists priced at real UK merchant prices; past savings are not a guarantee of future prices. Pro members get the flash-sale alerts behind the numbers.
