    Marshalls

Modal X Priora permeable concrete paving. Available in a textured finish, eight colours, seven plan sizes, in 60 mm or 80 mm depth, plus three complementary sett sizes in a riven texture. Nibs on the edges of each unit let water drain into the joints and into a prepared sub-base, then to ground or a controlled release to drain, removing the need for point drainage. Marshalls state the edge detail lets units be laid in any direction while still achieving 40% more interlock than standard paving. Example unit: Modal X Pro Priora Textured Riven 240 x 160 x 80 mm, approximate unit weight 8 kg, pack weight 1516 kg, made to order. Marshalls flag that maximum loading suitability does not apply to every size and depends on the install method, bond pattern and sub-base design. A non-permeable version of the same range is available.
